March 2010 The Appeals Court has scheduled an oral argument in the appeal of an employment termination and discrimination claim I am handling on behalf of the employer/appellee. The argument will take place in early-April. The briefs in the case were filed last summer. My brief was 45 pages. Appeals are quite challenging and require a significant legal research and writing skills, in addition to focus, patience and perseverance.
